Summary: 5 stars because the elephants were amazing, and Doi Inthanon is my FAVORITE place, so beautiful (maybe wish we had more time there) and a great price, but just a warning (especially if motion sick) ask for a seat towards the front in the giant rickety van! Way more driving than I expected (though pretty views on the way) and I was dying. I also was bummed the elephants didn’t play in the water with us like advertised. Don’t even wear a swimsuit you don’t get in past your ankles with them. But overall worth it 👌🏼

Summary: An excellent day out with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. The elephants were most definitely the highlight of the day. Definitely worth taking sandals or flip flops you are happy to get wet /muddy for bathing the elephants. You will need a change of shoes for the trek. The trek is relatively hard, be prepared for a lot of steps (at least all downhill). The highest point and the temples are also fantastic to see.
