Summary: From the time we were dropped off at the Welcome Centre at the start of the cruise to the time we arrived back to the Centre after the cruise, the services provided were first class! The room was clean, spacious, and equivalent to any 5 star hotel room. The services provided by all staff, yes, by all staff we came across during the cruise, were perfect. Food provided during the buffet lunch and ala carte dinners were plentiful and delicious. Our assigned restaurant staff, Lam, was so helpful and attentive. We have no regret in choosing Grand Pioneers and will recommend it to all of our friends.
