Summary:
My friend and I had an absolutely incredibletime! We were amazed at our guide Mohammed's incredible knowledge of his native Egypt. His enthusiasm for Egyptian history was infectious, and we learned more about Egyptology in a few days than I had learned in the rest of my life combined. He also ensuredthat our tour group got the true "Egyptianexperience" by recommending localauthentic restaurants when we were ashorewhile also providing tips on local customs etc. We also appreciated him looking out for the best interests of his tour group by pointing out scams from locals, expected tip amounts, and warning us about potentially confusing situations like cab riding. So nice to have that expertise shared with you when you are traveling in a new place. The boat staff was also friendly and welcoming. Each day the food was tasty and nourishing. Cruising down the Nile and seeing such incredible sights is something I will never forget. Great job!
