Summary:
Jason was very professional.....the bikes were well-equipped and he had all of the safety gear like knee pads, helmets, elbow pads. I would highly recommend Jason and LifeRush Adventures for a guided ride. The day we went the temperature was in the high 80s Fahrenheit....there was a breeze. I think a much hotter day would have been less enjoyable for this trail.

The guide was great, very professional and curiosity. My Husband and I are a little out 9f shape and I have a hand disability which Jason our guide did everything to work with me to enjoy the ride and do it in a safe manner. We loved it, and Jason took great pictures and videos which we loved. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a bit of adventure even for a beginner
