By taxi: ask to be dropped at Marina Mansion. When you get out in front of Marina Mansion, cross the road via the pedestrian crossing and walk toward the ramp next to the bridge. Walk down the ramp, turn left and you’ll see the meeting point. Arrive 30 minutes before departure and relax in the air‑conditioned lounge with free Wi‑Fi; check‑in closes 15 minutes before the cruise.

For me It was perfect.
What happened is that I missed the boarding B'cz I arrived late with only 4 mins.
The girl at the reception she handled my case perfectly.
I believe she has took an approval and made an adjustment to allow me to take the next available tour in the same day.
Lucky me, thnx GOD, it was the next in line (after only an hour)
So the adjustment was done on the same ticket and I didn't pay a single pound.
