Summary: This was an amazing trip which was unbelievable value for money and we couldn’t recommend it more! Our guide Sharaf was also incredible! From the organisation of picking you up and dropping you off at your easiest convenience, to the activities and food, everything was the perfect cultural experience. The trip to the camp is 45 mins or so, and our guide gave us a detailed rundown of the sights and attractions which we passed on the way. Once we got to camp, we were greeted with complimentary (unlimited) water, juice and tea/coffee. For an additional fee you could experience the quad bikes. You are then taken to the sand Junes before getting the sandsurf, both of which were great fun! You then make your way to another camp where you get the ride camels before entering the camp itself. For no additional fee, there is Arabian Tea/Coffee, sweets, shisha & Henna tattoos. You can also choose to pay for your pictures on the camels and there’s others shops (jewellery, scents and other goods) for a paid price. The BBQ is excellent, with a wide variety of sides such as hummous, rice, meatballs, salads, pasta before the BBQ’d chicken and lamb & chicken drumsticks. You could go up as much as you wanted and the food really was great quality. You can then help yourself to pudding, and there’s free drink throughout. There’s then entertainment from local dancers and a horseshoe, again great fun! You’re then taken back to your accommodation. This really is a great experience whether it’s your first time visiting Dubai, or like myself, someone who has been before but only visited the centre. Thankyou!
