Summary: It was an amazing hike! First of all, since there were strong winds before and on the day, quite a lot of customers cancelled their experience, so it was quite a small group. Zach and Loki were lovely, and I got a ton of fascinating history about Howth and Ireland in general! The hike itself was slightly hard (+ the strong winds), but it was overall an incredible experience that was worth it! The scenery was cool, the cliffs looked astounding, and yeah, I had a great time there! Thanks again to Zach (and Loki!), and I'd recommend going on this hike if you're up for a history class and adventurous hike!

Summary: This was an amazing tour. Our guide, Zach, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history. The views during the hike were amazing and you get to see a mix different terrains. We got to see some dolphins and a seal as well along the cliffs. We highly recommend this. Zach was very engaging and personable. He even recommended a super place to eat a delicious meal and arranged our reservation.

Summary: Our tour guide Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable! He took us off the beaten path and took us to places we never would have found ourselves, was able to tell a lot of interesting information about the wildlife, and gave us amazing restaurant and live music recommendations.

The route took us along breathtaking coastal cliffs, lush hillsides, and hidden paths we never would have found on our own. The views of Dublin Bay and the Irish Sea were spectacular— every turn offered another postcard-perfect moment. Our guide Leonie was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the area’s history, wildlife, and folklore. She shared fascinating stories about Howth’s ancient past, pointed out seabirds and seals, and made sure everyone felt comfortable at their own pace. The hike struck the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, with plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the scenery. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just someone who loves nature and wants to experience Ireland’s rugged beauty, this tour is a must. I left with amazing photos, fun memories, and a much deeper appreciation for Howth’s charm. Highly recommended!

Summary: Paul was very knowledgeable about the local lore of Howth and always had something interesting to say. You get to see the cliffs and hear the stories around them.

Summary: Beautiful views of the coastline. The DART train from Dublin is a short ride. Our guide Leonie was a delight and shared her extensive knowledge of the area. My wife and I are in our 70s. We miscalculated the strenuous nature of the hike and our ability to take it on. If you decide to take the hike, be prepared. The first 1 1/2 hours is all uphill. The path is narrow, sometimes steep, rocky and overgrown. Leonie was cheerful, kind and a great help when my wife began to experience a problem with her knee.

Summary: My trip in Ireland started off not so hot but this tour really turned things around! It was a touch rainy and honestly that made it a bit more fun! Both Sean and Kym were very kind and clearly knew and cared about the Howth area! They took us on a really beautiful loop and I got to see my wish of a single seal!! I had a great time on this hike, and I’m really glad it did it with them and not by myself!
