This was such a fun experience! I love to cook so I was super excited for it and it did not disappoint. Our chef's were Carmela, Livio and Max. Carmela is such an energetic and happy person that her enthusiasm was very contagious. Livio was great instructor and very knowledgeable and is great at what he does. And Max is definitely a mad scientist of gelato. His experiment is super awesome!

This was one of the highlights of our trip! The setting is beautiful and our chefs, David and Ella were wonderful and made this a really special day. Maybe it was because we made it, but I thought the pasta we made was one of the best meals we had on our trip! Our group ages ranged from 61 to 20 yrs, and we all agreed that this experience was perfect!
