For the Ijen hike you’ll get essential equipment including a gas mask and headlamp, and you’ll need a health certificate as part of the safety requirements for visiting the crater.
You’ll see the blue flames during the Ijen crater night trek and sunrise over the crater at dawn; Bromo sunrise is viewed early in the morning from the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park-both are scheduled as part of the 3-day itinerary.
The tour requires at least a moderate level of physical fitness: you’ll do sunrise hiking at Bromo and a crater trek at Ijen. It’s not recommended if you have spinal injuries, are pregnant, or have poor cardiovascular health.
The tour package includes an English-speaking driver and guide, tolls, gasoline, parking, and a ferry ticket to Bali, while lunch and dinner are not included (recommended to arrange your own).
