Explore Mt Bromo & Ijen: 3-Day Private Tour From Surabaya to Bali
Experience the unforgettable sunrise panorama at Mount Bromo, where the dramatic landscape of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru rises together inside Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, offering iconic photo opportunities and sweeping views you won’t forget; then continue east to Mount Ijen for a night hike into the crater, where you’ll witness the rare blue flames visible before dawn and the world’s most acidic turquoise lake at Ijen Crater. You’ll also meet the local miners-resilient villagers who work at night collecting sulfur with minimal safety gear, carrying 60–80 kilograms down the mountain twice a day, a striking human story that adds depth to the volcanic scenery. Whether you’re planning an Adventure & Thrill trek, an Outdoor & Nature excursion, or a multi-day itinerary from Surabaya in East Java, these dramatic volcano views, rugged cliffs, sulfur smoke, and the miners’ determination combine into a powerful experience that helps you connect with the landscape and appreciate every moment of your trip.
