Summary: Jean "Dodo Huggies" Hughes took us around many interesting sites and added vital local knowledge to enhance a Mauritanian experience. He was flexible, thoughtful, safe and experienced driver who gave us insight to Mauritius & it's vast history. His chirpy demeanor, politeness & presence made it easy to relax and enjoy many of the tour highlights. He was happy to oblige taking pictures and showing in detail parts of the tours that others could easily miss. Thank you also to Sarah for her help in the schedule change to our 2nd tour, our two days so far have been perfect. Can't recommend CB enough. ❤️ Camilla & Derek

Summary: We booked the trip via our hotel rep Yuvrin who looked after us during our stay. We were picked up in a spotless air conditioned car - first tick! Our driver was friendly and informative as we travelled around, explaining things we saw. We visited a Hindu monument, the tea factory, tea tasting experience, vanilla plantation, rum distillery with rum tasting, a colonial house and also lunch included. Really well organised and a locely day out. We loke to learn about local history and culture when we visit a new place and this day had plenty. Definitely recommend both this company and also this day out.

Summary: I keep an excellent memory of the welcome at Port Louis airport in Mauritius of Coquille Bonheur! On arrival on December 22, 2024, it was Luc who accompanied me to the port to take the boat Dumont d'Urvil. Then on January 4, 2025, it was Didier and a charming companion who made us the very interesting visit of the excursion "Perfumes of Mauritius". On January 5, I was accompanied to the airport by a very professional young man who took care of my check-in to fly. I recommend you Shell Happiness!

Summary: It’s really top, I hesitated to take the excursions with them as the prices were less attractive than the competition, but no regrets car top (given the state of the roads it’s not a detail), Bernard has been super cool since our transfer from the airport to the two excursions we have with him. Yuvrin advised us well and always available. I strongly advise you.

Summary: We had an amazing day exploring beautiful scenery, we enjoyed the tea tasting and our favourite was seeing the giant tortoises .Our tour guide Bernard was friendly knowledgeable and an it was absolute pleasure to spend the day with him .

Summary: We had Airport transfers and three day trips with this company. They went above and beyond anything we expected. Sending a rep to our hotel on our first day to make sure all arrangements went smoothly. The WhatsApp us the evening prior the trip with a time and driver name. The two drivers we had were Hughes and Bernard, who had extensive knowledge of Mauritius, nothing was too much trouble. The vehicles were comfortable and air conditioned. On arrival back at Mauritius airport there was a rep waiting with a trolley who escorted us to the bag drop and was prepared to stay with us until security. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone travelling to Mauritius

Summary: During our visit to Mauritius my wife wanted to do a nice tea route on the island. Also what my wife's great wish was to meet the turtles. Through our travel agency De Reismeiden, this day tour was made a reality. On the day, a driver I Vijay Ceecharan came to our hotel to start the day tour. Vij Ceecharan quickly gave us the confidence that we will experience a beautiful day. On the way to our first point Vijay Ceecharan told a lot about the island and history. His wording was very clear and well-founded. A man who loves his profession and would like to share his passion with his friends as he says himself. Our first stop was at a private estate where Vijay Ceecharan also knew a lot about the history. The second stop was at the tea plantation. Vijay Ceecharan was again able to perfectly articulate how history was created here! No question was too much for him and the answer was again well substantiated and displayed. Here we also had our tour of the tea factory followed by our tea tasting. Later in the day we went for lunch on the route which also takes care of and was excellent! Then we went to a Rum tasting to taste some Rum. Naturally and naturally, a nice bottle of Rum was purchased there! From here we travelled to our last part of the day. Meet The Turtels. My wife was hilariously happy when she met and fed the turtles! Our day had also come to an end here and we were safely brought back to the hotel. Thank you all for this beautiful tour of the island. With a special attention to our guide Vijay Ceecharan who showed us the island safely! Thank you Vijay Ceecharan!
