Summary: I’ve contacted the winery via WhatsApp a few weeks ahead of our visit to arrange a tasting and a tour. They were very responsive and helped us personalise the tasting to our needs, for example, adding wines we wanted to taste and ensure we had a tank and barrel tasting in their cellars. The winery is located on a hill with amazing views of the valley, it also has its own helipad. When we arrived, we were quickly served a glass of their welcome wine to take with us on a tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the winery, its potential and wines they made. That’s what really made a difference for us vs other wineries. We then visited their tasting room, the tank room and the cellar. After that, we were taken for our tasting which was accompanied by charcuterie, cheeses and olives. We’ve decided to order from their food menu and all dishes were delicious. Overall we had a great experience and will be looking out for Eden wines in the future.

Summary: Beautiful space, good charcuterie and awesome wine. The bonus was the winery cat. Tour in Spanish but guide able to provide in English. Charcuterie was delicious, I enjoyed the wine in the tasting and has been my favorite Uruguayan wine so far!

Summary: Well, the location is quite a bit away from everything but that is made up for by a grand view of the valley. A lot of birds will fly around the open terrace. The food was great in all three courses. As you can choose from a limited menu (always a good sign) within our group of 4 we had nearly all choices and found them all pretty much enjoyable. The lamb was a bit over- und the risotto a bit undercooked but everything else was just at the point. Freshly prepared, well seasoned and for the portions... I am European, I found them not quite USA size but more than enough. For people from Argentine it might seem little I agree. The wine pairing was one of the most generous I have ever had, 7 wines, all served to 0.2 litres, well explained and all very tasty. Most on the strong side. Service. Did everything with a smile, knowledgeable and helpful and gave a very nice tour of the winery. Which itself is not too spectacular, given the size of it but would make a great tour for people who want to get the essence of it. All in all truly recommended.

Summary: We have been to a dozen wineries in Uruguay and this is definitely one our of favorites! Reservations were easy, staff was attentive, and the food was incredible! We did the 3 course tasting with wines. I had a summer salad, salmon with passionfruit sauce, and tiramisu. My husband had the eggplant parmesan, beef wellington, and profiterols. My husband said this may have been the best meal he has eaten in Uruguay. We sat on the patio, gorgeous view, perfect weather, very generous pours of wine. We had so much food we didn't eat it all. Was it expensive, yes. But it was priced for the quality. Would definitely reccomend.
