- Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted - all admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on tour day
- For aircraft weight and balance, passengers weighing 300 lbs (136 kg) or greater must purchase an additional seat or may be denied boarding; any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator and refunds apply only for the affected portion if boarding is denied
- A minimum of two passengers is required for the west rim airplane tour to operate; availability is limited and flights may be canceled due to weather or low participation
- Buses are not lift-equipped; wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment and guests will need assistance from companions to board and disembark
- During November 17–25, 2025, pickups at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Bellagio Hotel & Casino, and Horseshoe Las Vegas will be canceled - please choose an alternative pickup when booking
