Summary: This tour was perfect for a couple of girls that did not have transportation while in the Azores. We were staying in Pico and wanted to explore another island so we took the quick ferry to Faial and the tour guide even picked us up at the ferry terminal to begin the tour. We had Victor who was very nice and had good knowledge of the island. He flawlessly switched from Portuguese (for our other tour guests) to English for us. But the tour itself was great! It hit all the main sites of Faial that everyone needs to see when they visit here. Everything we saw was so unique, even with the weather changing every half hour. We highly recommend this tour!

Summary: The tour guide was top notch! He was informative with stories and interesting facts. He was kind I have mobility issues and he was always there to lend a hand. He had water and snacks available. I never felt rushed and I never felt that we were missing out on anything. It was a lovely day on Faial.

Summary: The tour allowed us to comfortably see things we would have missed by not having a car. A highlight was the optional walk across the [geologically] new terrain. And we were fortunate to see the crater at the island’s center despite an impending storm. Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly, patiently answering our random questions. There was no sense of being rushed when we asked to spend extra time at a few sites. Worthwhile for exploring the island in half a day!
