La Bombona Diving Koh Tao Try Dive

You may not have dived before. Our one day experience will take your breath away. Literally speaking you'll be breathing from a tank, so you'll be able to breathe underwater. Our experienced instructors will welcome you into our cozy dive school on the paradise island of Koh Tao. You'll get sized up with our brand new equipment to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. The you will receive an extensive safety briefing, the do's and dont's of diving, as well as a little bit about what to expect. You'll then be whisked off to our state of the art dive boat (showers, sun deck, lots of space, refreshments, all included in the price) where you'll make the short boat trip to a suitably calm bay, great for beginners. You'll start off in shallow water completing some simple skills, slowly building your confidence. Shortly after you'll slip below the surface and enjoy an experience of a lifetime, diving to a maximum depth of 12m where you will see the most amazing tropical fish and corals.

Summary: Great experience. The booking and payment process was easy and fast. We did the refresher course and 2 fun dives and the experience was great. Both Carme and Vasco, who were our dive masters, were extremely professional, always prioritizing a safe dive and very gentle and kind with us. It was definetely the right choice and I would do it again without hesitation.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic experience with La Bombona Diving on Koh Tao. My 12-year-old daughter did her first Discover Scuba Dive, while I completed a refresher course, and we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Ainhoa. She gave us a thorough and easy-to-understand introduction to the most important diving rules, hand signals, skills, and theory, making us both feel completely comfortable before entering the water. During our two dives, we first practiced the required skills and then enjoyed two beautiful dives together. Ainhoa was calm, patient, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire experience. She made us feel safe at every moment, which was especially important for my daughter. One detail we particularly appreciated was that, back on the boat, Ainhoa went through the different fish and corals we had seen during the dives. It made the experience even more memorable and educational. Everyone at La Bombona Diving was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on safety while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The dive center itself is beautifully located right on Sairee Beach, making it a wonderful place to spend the day. Thank you to Ainhoa and the entire team for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend La Bombona Diving to anyone visiting Koh Tao—whether you’re trying diving for the first time or returning to refresh your skills. We hope to dive with you again!
