Summary: Had a good tour director. Loved the area. Was strenuous walking up stairs. Lots of restaurants closed.

Summary: Mauro is very knowledgeable and exceptionally familiar with Lucca, Livorno and Pisa area. He provided very detailed and well-timed tour with the additional sighting points that we were not aware of. Walking tour in Lucca was amazing and full of hidden gems that were close but not exactly on the main tourist route. He was really accommodating with our family plans. For our lunch we wanted to try some local and traditional fair. Mauro made recommendation and immediately made reservation. The restaurant that he recommended was exceptional. The company and Mauro's communication was very quick and accurate. The vehicle was top notch (Mercedes Benz van) and very comfortable. Pick up was very quick and easy. We feel extremely satisfied with the service and would totally do it again.

Summary: Our driver/guide Mauro Palmieri was extremely knowledgeable of the Lucca and Pisa areas and was also extremely personable. Whether it was sightseeing or eating or shopping he brought us to perfect and at times off the beaten tourist path venues. He created an amazing day for us, well beyond our expectations!
