Luxor Hot Air Balloon Ride

Summary: We had the best experience with Hod Hod Soliman and our pilot Omar! He flew in different heights, made sure we got to see the complete West Bank with Valley of the Kings etc. from above, and the landing was incredibly smooth :) Pick up and drop off was also very uncomplicated :) We also booked a farm tour after that which made the experience even better!

Summary: I shop around for the balloon ride in Luxor . This company was best value . They pick us up on time from our hotel . The captain had over 2000 plus hours flying . First of all it was very safe . It’s must do in Luxor . It was a beautiful ride . Was a bucket list item . I would use this company again based on safety and it was beautiful trip .

Summary: Omar was great! Landing was smooth and the views were once in a lifetime

Summary: Pickup was super early via van and then ferry to cross the Nile. We waited for hours with hundreds of other travelers flying with many different companies. Good thing we scheduled our first morning in Luxor, as all flights were cancelled by the agency that regulates balloon rides. We were dropped off at a meeting point for our next tour of Valley of the Kings/Queens, rather than a returning back to our hotel. This was convenient. We did have the next day available, so we rebooked and hoped for the best. That night happened to be Egypt’s return to standard time, so clocks fell back and we were picked up an hour earlier. Same process as previous day… van, ferry across the Nile, wait hours in the dark while being pestered by vendors selling goods, mostly children. But this day the balloons went up. What a glorious sight to see the balloons inflate on the ground… have your camera ready We were given premium spots in the balloon because the workers recognized that we had returned a second day. (Most people around us the previous day couldn’t rebook, as they were leaving Luxor.) The flight was epic. It feels like nothing when you leave the ground and float through the air. We had great views of the sunrise, Valley of the Queens, and the other balloons. All went well with the flight and landing. Transfer back to our hotel was smooth. Highly recommend this experience!

Summary: Guide Abdalla and Captain Abdo gave us the best experience of our lives. It was such an organized and wonderful time. The views were beyond my imagination. I was initially hesitant on considering hot air balloon ride. They comforted us and explained every step in a very clear and reassuring way. I would recommend this experience to anyone considering a hot air balloon experience in Luxor!!! Thank you Abdalla and Captain Abdo!!

Summary: Very well organized: we were picked up from our cruise ship and dropped off at the Valley of the Kings. We had an amazing experience!

Summary: One of the very best experiences of my life. Thank you Yousari !!

Summary: Waking up in the clouds, above the story. 🎈🌅 There is a moment, just before dawn, when the silence of the desert meets the wind. Flying in a hot air balloon over Luxor means seeing the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the Nile awaken beneath your feet, tinged with gold from the first ray of sunshine. A pure emotion that will make you feel part of the Egyptian sky. An experience that is not told, you live with your heart in your throat and your eyes full of wonder. Live your dream with Chery Viaggi. 🇪🇬✨

Summary: I really enjoyed the experience. It has been the wonderful one!! 👏👏

Summary: Amazing! From start to finish, pilot excellent, most gentle and well executed landing. Respectful of the farmers and avoided landing in their crops. Stunning views, the statues from the air still look huge, loved it and highly recommend, even if you don’t like heights like me.
