Summary: Before the start of our Safari with Safari Soles, we explored the foothills of Kilimanjaro during two days. We walked to the beautiful materuni falls and enjoyed a lot the coffee plantation visit. Their coffee is really good and taking part of the ceremony was very fun. We also spent a day and a night out of Ngare Nuyuki at the Amani Original Masai lodge, a fantastic place in the desertic plains, where we could get an insight of the Masai culture: dances, songs, medicine and relation to nature, and admire the endless stars in the sky. We were accompanied by our driver-guide Mussa, a really welcoming, warm and enthusiastic person. He was open to dialogue and sharing his deep experience of the country, and also was great with our kids. We enjoyed every minute with him and hope to spend more time with him on a full safari for our next visit :)

Summary: very nice experience , Inocent the guide was very kind with us, Incredible experience with him ; he explained things about Materuni, took great photos of us, gave us recommendations, and was very kind to us. He also offered free Wi-Fi in the car along with drinks

Summary: Fantastic full day tour, well worth doing. Justin, our guide for the day, was on time, super friendly, knowledgeable and always making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The Materuni Waterfalls and surrounding areas are beautiful and definitely worth seeing. We really enjoyed learning how coffee is produced and getting involved in making our own brew. The local lunch was tasty and very authentically Tanzanian. Highlight of the day for us was the soaking and swimming in the Kikuletwa Hot Springs. Stunningly clear water and a perfect way to finish off the tour. Definitely recommend this tour, it’s a long day and lots of driving on bumpy roads but well worth it.
