Summary: Nathan gave an excellent and interesting discussion on what goes into the making of ciders. He was very informative on giving some comparisons to the wine making business and to breweries in the presentation. Thanks for an enjoyable 1 and 1/2 hour.

Summary: We had a great time on this tour! It was fun, informative, and relaxed! We sampled multiple ciders and toured the entire facility. I enjoyed learning about the science behind the process and the history of Seven Birches and Rhythm Cider. And we've been enjoying our complementary glasses!

Summary: Our guide Nathan was very knowledgeable and seems excited about his product which in turn made us excited about it. I have never heard of this product before it is relatively new I do hope that Nathan will have a lot of luck with it in the future.
