- Due to weather, traffic, or operational suspensions, some activities (for example Lake Ashi sightseeing boat, select shrines, or world heritage centers) may be replaced or compensated with an alternate visit or gift; refunds are not given for these changes.
- If you arrive late for the tour start time you will not be able to join mid-way; punctuality is required at the meeting point in Tokyo.
