This is a great tour of New York. You get a great overview of the city. You definitely hit the highlights.
Now for the not so good. We waited for a tour guide and bus for about 15 minutes before anyone arrived to take us to another street over to get the bus.
Probably the really bad part was our tour guide was horrible. This is a great tour but when you have a terrible guide it ruins it all.
He was definitely from New York but tried to overdo the New York accent. We could hardly understand what he was telling us. He worked hard at being a comedian but it didn’t work. He actually never even introduced himself. We didn’t even know his name.
For the money for this tour it was definitely very disappointing. We almost feel like we deserve a refund.
This company need to make sure they hire competent guides.
