Summary: Tom was a really great guide. His knowledge of landmarks and history is fabulous. He was also really helpful about parking, bathrooms, and logistics that we tourists deal with. He's a terrific guy. The only negative is that his voice is not strong, so despite the microphone, he was hard to understand at some points. Others on the trolley said the same thing, so it wasn't just our opinion. I'm sure if we had asked him to speak louder and annunciate more, he would have. Aside from that, he really was terrific. What a great tour this was, too! Having an hour and a quarter in each mansion was just perfect, and Tom was prompt in meeting us just where he said he'd be. I'd definitely go again.
