Summary: We enjoyed the experience overall. We were disappointed and frustrated with the pick up and drop off. There was a lot of miscommunication and we went to one spot to wait for them meanwhile they went to pick us up at a different location we could’ve met them at because our resort offered a free shuttle there. Then we got dropped off at the wrong spot. Careful not to chat with someone live about transportation because then someone ultimately messages you once you’re booked and the exchanges aren’t communicated to one another. So grateful we didn’t get left, they did come to us in the end. I’d recommend that the company post their what’s app contact information on the booking. Otherwise, the crew was friendly and it was nice to have a central spot to return to during Noah’s ark.
