Cook Authentic Pasta in San Giovanni, Florence - Join a Hands-On Class with Unlimited Wine

Learn to make fresh pasta just like our grandmothers in a hands-on class in San Giovanni, Florence: you’ll be guided through every step as you prepare three types of fresh pasta - ravioli, tortellini and tagliatelle - and match them with classic sauces like butter and sage, pomarola and an old-fashioned Tuscan ragù; all equipment is provided, you’ll eat everything you make, and during the experience you can enjoy good Tuscany wine. The cooking school is set inside a medieval tower from the 1200s a stone’s throw from Brunelleschi's Dome, where you’ll breathe the air and life tied to Dante Alighieri, since the tower once belonged to his wife’s family, making this a uniquely historic Florence culinary workshop that combines authentic food, hands-on learning and a memorable location in San Giovanni.
