Summary: What a fun day! If I could give this tour more stars, I would! We had an enjoyable visit to Pisa, a beautiful drive thru Tuscany, a delicious lunch and wine. Nothing to complain about here. This tour is a must do!

Summary: This is our second time touring with this wonderful company with Dany as our guide. Dany goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is exactly as we want. Keeping in touch with me before as we plan and helping to customize our private tours each time, Tuscany, Wine tasting, Cinque Terre Livorno. Dany knows the region and provides information and guidance. We will be booking again in 2026!

Summary: We spent the day exploring Tuscany with Valerio. He picked us up right at the port in a large and comfortable van. We spent a little time in Pisa with the crowds and then we did not see another tourist the rest of the day. We visited beautiful small town with a fortress with a wonderful view of the famous Tuscan countryside. Then the pinnacle was a visit to a small family winery and olive oil farm. It was a beautiful setting, a wonderful multi-course lunch from Maria Teresa, who adjusted very quickly to accommodate my complicated food allergies, and a very generous and delicious wine tasting. If you are thinking it seems that the extra 55 euros for lunch seems too much, I promise, you will walk away confident this was a day and money well spent. Valerio was a kind, informed, and curious guide. Yesterday I fulfilled a lifelong dream to visit Florence and Michelangelo’s David moved me to tears. Today was even better. Don’t second guess, book it! Thank you for an unforgettable day Valerio and Maria Teresa!

Summary: Tuscany is everything you would think of when imaging a small quaint Italian countryside village. Our tour guide Valerio was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pronounce many Italian words and made our trip wonderful.

Summary: On a last minute whim we booked this excursion to Pisa and the most amazing Wine Farm! It was the best experience of our 10 day cruise. If you are looking for a true experience this is a must!!!!! The driver was prompt, very informative and engaging, and the wine and food at the wine farm was beyond excellent!

Summary: My friends and I had the most amazing day with Dany! There was a group of 6 of us all together out on a day trip from Florence to the Tuscan countryside. Dany was highly recommended to us from my sister who had used his services a couple years prior and we are so happy she told us about Tuscan Heart! Dany was extremely thoughtful and knowledgable. We had so much fun with him and you can tell he really enjoys what he does! He took us on a perfectly planned day tour trip to a few little towns, set up an amazing winery tour/tasting and made sure to stop at interesting sites along the way for us. If I am ever back in Tuscany, I will for sure be using Tuscan Heart tours again!

Summary: We had a phenomenal time with our tour guide Dany from Tuscan Heart. We were on a Norwegian Mediterranean Cruise that docked in Livorno for two days and we did not want to spend the days surrounded by large numbers of cruise passengers. After doing online research, we found Dany. The meet up at the cruise port was seamless. He whisked us off in his nice Mercedes van and off we went to explore the region. He communicated with me ahead of time (in perfect English) and crafted tours for two days to meet the interests of the six of us in our party. The first day he took us to Florence and Pisa so we could see all the amazing sites. He gave us tips about the best vantage points for photos and where to get the best pastries and cappuccino. Since we had a smaller vehicle, he was able to park close to everything, so we got in and out of places easily unlike the big tour buses. As we drove, Dany provided us with information about everything we were seeing. On day two Dany took us to the Chianti region. We went to Greve and a small town with 100 residents. He showed us all the hidden treasures in these small towns which we appreciated. We had time to shop by the medieval porticoes and the grocery stores and ended up at Casa Emma winery where we had delicious food including olive oil tasting and wonderful wine. Dany was a great tour guide and so funny as well. The whole process was easy and the communication was excellent. He said in the 20 years he has been a guide in the Tuscan region, he has never been late getting folks back to the cruise port so that put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend a private tour with Dany. I felt bad for all the other cruise passengers as we drove by and saw them all crammed on a tour bus.

Summary: This is the second time Dany guided us in Tuscany. After receiving excellent service in 2017, he guided our group of two couples again last week when our cruise ship arrived in Livorno. Dany timely picked us up at the port and, after visiting San Gimignano for some shopping and beautiful Tuscan scenery, he delivered us to a wonderful hilltop private winery called Casa Emma in the Chianti Region for a private and informative tour. The wine tasting and lunch were fabulous and reasonably priced. On the way back to the port, Dany stopped by the immaculately maintained American Cemetery in Florence, so we could pay our respects. Dany planned the entire full-day excursion. He has a nice Mercedes van; speaks perfect English; and is funny, friendly and informative. His services are not only reasonably priced but he is a great guide, who is now a friend. We were lucky to have him again.

Summary: We had the most amazing Tuscan experience with Nicoletta on this tour! It was exactly what we wanted after spending the previous day amongst the masses in Rome. Our first stop was in Pisa for an hour (more or less if you desire- it’s your tour) which was perfect to walk the grounds and get some great pictures. Afterwards, it was off to the countryside to visit a quaint village to include a castle and a family owned/run pasta making company! Last, it was off to a small winery where we experienced the most amazing lunch (bring a hearty appetite) with wine pairing! Everything was perfect and we are so glad to have selected this trip for the perfect Tuscan experience away from the crowds! Definitely recommend!!
