Summary: Exemplary service!!!!!! I was meeting friends in the DR, traveling solo and scheduled this service in the wee hours of the morning, 6 hours before my departure flight. My flight was delayed, I was late 90min or more. Upon landing, I reached out to let the service know what happened. They were so professional, courteous and accommodating. By the time my luggage and I were in the car, a friend had alone landed and collected her luggage. The car service was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating, I was able to add a rider to my round-trip airport transfer, smoothly and seamlessly. The driver was good looking, gracious, and drove aggressively 🤩 Since I'd added the car service name in our travel chat, the other 2 travelers used them too!
