Skipping the long lines was a huge plus, but what really made it special was John’s deep knowledge of Vatican history, art, and culture. He explained everything clearly and brought each piece to life with fascinating stories and details that we would have easily missed on our own.

She managed the timing perfectly — we never felt rushed, yet everything was covered right on schedule. She also made sure we had a comfortable pace and even allowed time for a bathroom break, which we really appreciated.
