Summary: Pick up was timely and communication was simple and easy. I booked the same day and was able to get on without any issues. Pon (our guide) made every effort to communicate various details about the area we were visiting, the people there, the way of life, etc. He made himself available for any questions any of us may have had. He offered to take photos for everyone and even share them with us after. I would suggest wearing shorts or pants so that it's easy to get on and off the boat. Sneakers are fine, as there were no chances of feet getting wet. The canoe ride was very peaceful and lovely. As a solo person, I was paired with another solo person, as it's two people per small boat. Maybe don't drink too much to avoid having to use the restroom (there are restrooms available though). We had a beautiful sunset
