Summary: Second time I’ve hired from Ultimate Bike Hire and I’d definitely use them again. This time I booked a bike at the last minute for a couple of days, and it was no trouble at all. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. The bike was virtually brand new, in immaculate condition and perfectly set up. It rode faultlessly throughout. Lisa was friendly, helpful and flexible, meeting me at convenient locations for both collection and return, which made everything really easy. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.
