Summary: I give 5 star to this experience because of our guide Fabio which provides informations and guidance that enriches this tour a lot! Otherwise I would give it at least a 4,5* because this is an incredible experience (you don’t get to explore Algarve this way everyday) but the time you spend inside the cave (the one you see on every pictures) is not very long (a couple minutes) because there is sooo much tourists, kayaks, boats, etc. But you get to see other caves which is veryyyy cool! Make sure you arrive in advance because parking can be tricky over there and also, please, make sure you are comfortable using a paddle board before going into the ocean with it (it is not a regular lake) otherwise just take a kayak tour which is easier in my opinion.

Summary: We did the SUP tour of Benagil caves, took a 9:30 slot before it got too hot. Car parking was easy at this time and only 5€ for the day at the top of the hill. Blue xperiences were easy to find and we were issued with everything needed straight away. Then we were given instructions from Flávio and his wonderful terrier, Bluey. We were all beginners and Flávio coaxed us round and was an excellent guide as well as instructor. Can only speak from experience but I’m glad we went with this company as the whole trip felt really friendly. No need to take your phones either as full pictures are taken and sent to your email address. Thank you all for a great experience.
