Summary: Really enjoyed the experience. Only issue was the directions provided. On Bioking, depending on where you are staying in Venice the directions don’t consider time, our tour started at 0800, but to get there the route provided included a Gondola Ferry crossing that opened at 0900, had to quickly find an alternate route. Same thing happens on another tour we took in Venice booked through Booking, Tour started at 0745 but the route provided by Booking took us to People Movers that opened at 0800, causing us to walks a mile to the venue, but made it also on time.

Summary: This was an outstanding tour and an excellent way to see Venice on our first day! Giuliano was informative, knowledgeable, and fun to listen to. He kept us moving, but not too fast to enjoy the sites. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure he didn't lose his group of 20! He taught us basic street etiquette for Venice which was good info we put to use during the rest of our visit! We absolutely recommend this tour and we suggest taking it the first day of your visit!
