For fitness enthusiasts, both an elliptical machine and an electric bike are available. The electric bike is suitable for guests aged 10 and up. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests in total—four in two comfortable bedrooms, two on the spacious living room sofa, and one more on a folding bed available upon request.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
