The bright and airy property benefits from large picture windows and is one of two apartments within a semi-detached Villa. Situated a 15-minute walk from both the train station and ferry port the apartment enjoys plenty of outside space including; a private south-facing terrace and a shared garden equipped with a barbecue.
Inside, guests can relax in the open-plan living space, furnished with a fireplace, a dining table, Smart and SAT-TV with German channels, a sofa and two armchairs.
