Casa Pipa is a wonderful beach front property with total privacy in the community of Palm Beach in Playa Grande. Steps away, the natural, pristine beach of Playa Grande is heaven for surfers and nesting ground for Leatherback turtles. No hotel chairs, no blasting music, no jet skis. Parrots, hummingbirds and howler monkeys instead.
The garden is secluded and the only distraction to your peace are the birds and resident monkeys visiting in the early morning. A private beach access path leads you straight to the natural beach of Playa Grande.
All bedrooms and the living room have AC and fans, we provide beach towels and bed linens, and the bedrooms have beautiful large hardwood closets to accommodate your belongings. Our fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor BBQ invite you to prepare your family meals, and the large covered patio with its fantastic hardwood table for 10 is the perfect place to enjoy them. The patio also features a big outdoor sofa, perfect for the well-deserved nap in the midday heat. An outdoor shower helps rinse off the sand after a lovely beach day.
The house has a safe and alarm system for your convenience. The front area accommodates 2 vehicles. Surf racks in the backyard allow for storage of several surfboards and a clothing line will dry your towels for fresh use the next day.
