Sleeps up to four adults, queen size bed and queen size pull-out sofa. Includes all the comforts of home. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail on the outdoor brick patio after a long day seeing the sights.

Step out the door and glance along the tree lined street at the US Capitol building right in front of you, only 20 minutes on foot.
Sip your morning coffee in the front garden, or unwind with a glass of wine in the backyard! We can comfortably sleep 4 guests in the following bedroom layout;

Guests are greeted by an intimate living room with a large smart TV (stream and enjoy your personal Netflix / Hulu / Amazon accounts), perfect for a cozy evening in. We are also one to three blocks away from several grocery stores, CapitalBikesharesand bus lines, including the D6, 92, 90, X8 & more (the stop is literally a stone’s throw from the unit, step out your door and have the city at your fingertips!).If you feel like taking a stroll, Eastern Market, Union Market, Capitol Hill, the Capitol, and Union Station are all within walking distance.
The D6 Bus can take you directly to the Capitol Building, or you can walk there in under 20 minutes!
