Positive: If you think it's a shame to visit the Philippines without seeing La Union, it's a shame to visit La Union without staying at Espilli Norte. My biggest regret was not staying even longer. Even though the location is amazing for chill beach time (TWO minutes walking), 15 minutes by tricycle away from a surfing spot, with all sorts of amenities, like chilling spots including games, kitchen appliances, gorgeous renovated bathroom, the real gem and star of the show are the hosts. Really, I read the reviews and knew we were in good hands but Sir Edgar really went above and beyond and blew away our expectations. Even took us with his own car to the beach spot to help us save some pesos. Comments from the other house guests include: - the cleanliness was top notch, the sheets smelled amazing - Everyone had a towel and more than we could ever need - The ACs were silent so our sensitive sleepers had amazing peaceful sleep - Came in to give us house slippers, and ma'am Miriam came in like a gorgeous goddess with fruits for us. They really have a talent at hosting and any of their friends are extremely lucky. Thank you so much for your kindness to the beautiful couple, Sir Edgar and Miriam. Love from Anna & Friends
Negative: You could use all sorts of modern torture methods on me, we would not be able to find one thing we didn't enjoy. Maybe for the smokers the ashtray offered to us was absolutely too beautiful to defile with our toxic cigarette butts 🤷‍♂️ The beds were too comfortable it was hard to leave them in the mornings for activities
