Positive: The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was nice and spacious for the 5 of us. The parking spot was very convenient.

Negative: Without a/c the place was warm, but using the ceiling fans and the two extra fans provided was a big help. I also would suggest putting something on the bottom of bathtub shower to prevent slipping. I wasn’t going to mention it after my 90 year old Dad slipped and fell in bathtub the first night, but I also slipped the last night. Thank goodness I caught myself and didn’t fall like my Dad.

Summary: The Grand Desire by Cardo was very clean and spacious. We had a great time here and all the places we went were only a 1
