Summary: The apartment provided was not the one in all photos and adverts. During the booking process, it is not explicitly clear that there is more than one apartment that could be given. The heating is temperamental - it was ice cold on arrival and the timer function does not work. The shower mixer tap is very impractical to get a consistent temperature of usable water. The apartment had an unpleasant, unclean smell (as indicated by other reviewers). I would be very surprised if those beds are actually doubles. Five tea bags does not count as any kind of care welcome package. Unclean furniture with stains.
