Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including a full-sized stove (no oven), refrigerator, a coffee maker and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The main bedroom contains a king sized bed with a 65" Smart TV, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on the top and full-sized mattress on the bottom.
A portable AC unit is available in the main bedroom, as well as a mini split in the living room for cooling and heating options.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor amenities are exclusively for guests and include a large backyard, BBQ grill, fire pit area, mini soccer field with goal, hammock, lounge furniture, onsite parking, and keyless access.
