Summary: Beautiful property and great food. Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Understand the hotel is only three months old so hopefully kinks like the provision of consistent hot water in the shower/ bath will be worked out.
