This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath newly renovated oasis boasts a private in ground pool, sunbathing area, outdoor patio and porch, and is STEPS to the beach, bars, and restaurants. This property is a RARE find on the island, perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway.
The Sol House boasts 2 bedrooms downstairs connected by a common area with a sofa and tv (the sofa is being delivered soon so it is not pictured) and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twins. There is a laundry room on the bottom floor with a washer and dryer.
The second level has an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room with a door to the front balcony. An additional two beds and two full baths are upstairs with King beds.
The yard is privately fenced in with an in ground pool and plenty of outdoor seating.
To access the property, guests will be provided with check in instructions 24 hours prior to their check in date. Check in is at 4pm, if you are interested in an earlier check in, please inquire with us.
A code to the property will be provided in your check in instructions for keyless entry to the property.
Sol House is located on the south end of Tybee Island on a private road. The property is walking distance to the beach, the pier, and the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops.
Parking on the island is limited and metered to the city of Tybee. This property provides free parking on premises for up to 4 vehicles and is STEPS to the beach. Guests can easily walk to the beach, gas stations, stores, and restaurants from the property. Golf carts and bike rentals are also available on the island.
