Positive: The accommodation looked quite ideal, but the reality was not so ideal, at least when accommodating 3 people (for 2 people it would work a little better, we had also a kid). Anyway, the location is great, the apartment itself is also fine for cramped London conditions, the interior was pleasant, almost clean. Summary: nice accommodation for a few days in the wider center of London, close to buses and supermarkets, but max. 2 people.

Negative: What didn't work: hand shower (only the one on top), missing night shading (curtains/blinds/shutters) in the living room where the 3rd person slept (so the light was on there from early morning), the mattress on the couch is quite uncomfortable (completely hard), the mattress on the bed is quite soft, there was only 1 duvet for 2 people on the bed (which personally doesn't suit us at all). Under the couch, even the couch itself (after being spread out) showed signs of not being cleaned for a longer time. The dishes are maybe ok for 2 people, but not enough for 3 people (3 can't make tea and coffee at the same time, there weren't enough mugs). The reduction to European appliances was broken. Basic food was only very basic (salt + a little sugar + a little tea). Communication with the owner (I don't know if it was a woman or a man, he/she never signed) worked quickly, but at first he gave us the wrong password for the wifi in the message and then when my husband called him from another number (because he can call abroad and I can't), he was not willing to provide him with information, but that I had to write him a message via booking, but I didn't have the data to write it down (because the wifi didn't work). There are about 60 narrow stairs, which we didn't mind, but someone might, that's why I'm mentioning it. The owner also wanted to send a damage deposit in advance (35 pounds non-refundable or 500 pounds refundable), but Booking helped me sort that out, as it was not stated in advance in the conditions.
