Amenities at this beach resort include three outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers, a grill area, the on-site Cabana Bar & Grill, and two assigned parking spots.

Start your vacation days sipping coffee or tea on the balcony, overlooking The Sanctuary's stunning tropical courtyard and pool. This balcony is perfect for enjoying the outdoors in early spring and late fall, so consider planning an off-season getaway!

The condo features a beautiful open floor plan with a spacious living room and a gourmet kitchen equipped with all the comforts you need, including stainless steel appliances and a Keurig. The living room is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and boasts a 65-inch TV, which has basic cable and various streaming services, including HGTV and sports channels, with wood floors throughout. Enjoy access to a large DVD library (with a DVD player that can be moved from room to room), a game table that converts the dining table into a poker table, and complimentary WiFi (highest speed available) during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes a pleasure, featuring stainless steel appliances designed for both style and efficiency. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, a DVD player, and a walk-in closet, plus a private luxurious main bath. The second bedroom features a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, a TV, and a DVD player. Both bedrooms include blackout curtains for the best possible sleeping environment.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
Please note that the cabana bar is still closed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
