Positive: Zuri Zanzibar turned out to be an outstanding choice. The bungalows are beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, and provide a great sense of privacy. The housekeeping was flawless — our room was always spotless. The food was excellent. We tried the chef’s recommendation at Maisha every evening, and it never disappointed. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire resort. My husband had a stomach issue during our stay, and it was reassuring to know that the hotel has a doctor available on-site until 10 p.m. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with turquoise water and soft white sand, ideal for long, relaxing walks. The ocean temperature was perfect, and the water was incredibly clear. Surprisingly, the difference between high and low tide is minimal. There are quite a few Masai vendors on the beach, but they were always polite and respectful. We actually enjoyed talking to them and learning more about their culture. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
Negative: There was nothing worth noting as a downside.
