5. Quiet time after 9:30pm
6. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the kitchen and dining area.
7. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Make sure to turn off all lights and any electronics when you leave the house.
10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
11. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
Please note; that breaking any of the rules will end in instant eviction and no refund.
