Pleasant cottage located rue des dunes, 300 m from the fine sand beach and 2100 m from the town center. Pleasant accommodation, recommended for a good family vacation. Comprising: an entrance, a WC with washbasin, storage room with WASHING MACHINE - a living room with TELEVISION, an equipped kitchenette (induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave and DISHWASHER). Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with a double bed, a mezzanine with sofa bed for one to two people, bathroom (sink, shower, WC) – A courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and plancha – Parking outside the house in a quiet cul-de-sac - Housekeeping for the tenant.
