Formerly on a wine estate, the gîte "Au Clos des Vignes", for 6 people, is an old building renovated with respect for the original materials.
On the ground floor, 40m² living room with fitted US-style kitchen open to the living room (flat screen TV, smart speaker, Netflix). This beautiful room offers direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry room with combined washing machine and dryer. 9m² bedroom (160cm bed) with adjoining bathroom (shower, corner bath, double sink and dressing room). 1 separate toilet.
