A newly refurbished modern and stylish 3 bed room, 2-bathroom villa situated in central Puerto Del Carmen perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples and families.
The detached villa is set over two levels. On the top level is the beautifully decorated lounge with sofas, TV, DVD player and air conditioning.
The magnificent kitchen is off the living room and features all new modern appliances. It is very well equipped and has a fridge freezer, microwave, over/hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The lounge patio doors lead to the outside dining terrace where you can enjoy eating al fresco whilst taking in the lovely sea view. Off the main lounge area up a couple of steps is the contemporary indoor dining room, with dining table for 6 people. There is also a bathroom on this level
On the lower level are the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a twin room with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning
There is also the 2nd bathroom.
From this level you step out to the outside seating pool area. A lovely comfortable area to chill and relax by the pool.
There are plenty of sunbeds for 6 guests and a further outside dining area. The pool has a good size of 7 x 4 meters and it is electrically heated. in the winter months 1st November till 30th April And a depth of 1.4 meters
This is a truly exceptional villa in a lovely peaceful setting but near enough to all the local amenities.
