Positive: The location is excellent. It’s very close to everything. It’s on a canal so you see many boats coming through. The pool area was nice because you could have full sun all afternoon or you can sit in the shade.
Negative: The furniture is older and not very comfortable. The beach chairs in the garage for the beach are rusted and they are in very bad condition. I asked about them before we came down & they said they were replaced but they were not.
Summary: The house is updated & very nice. The location is great. Needs new furniture.
