The advantage of the shelter allows you to be warm inside in case of mixed weather, it can be opened entirely or partially. This is essential to be able to enjoy the swimming pool for a large part of the year.
The shelter is larger than the swimming pool, which allows some to relax in a sunbathing area or on chairs inside while others have fun in the water.
For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m² Gîte + its magnificent 24m² terrace overlooking Le Loir is located 2km from the Zoo.

Comfort, zoo atmosphere and serenity on the banks of the Loir guaranteed in the "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte.
This place can accommodate good humor but not birthday parties or other evenings which would harm the tranquility of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated place.
Very close to the Flèche zoo, we are also not far from the Monnerie lake, it is located 10 minutes on foot via the Moulin de la Bruère footbridge. On site you can rent canoes, bikes, you can fish or relax on the superb beach which is monitored in July-August. The gîte is located upstairs (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and offers in addition to accommodation a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the Loir.
At your disposal, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with flat screen TV, internet access and 2 sofas.

1 bathroom with large Italian shower and double sink. Separate WC. 2 bedrooms with 1 140 x 200 bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 140 x 200 bed and 1 90 x 200 bed on the mezzanine. A large dressing room shared by the 4 bedrooms (board game available). On the ground floor a bathroom with WC. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer with games on site (badminton net and racket, Molky, pétanque game for adults and children, shuffleboard on a wooden board, beach racket).
Optional cleaning package: €60 (Cleaning the gas barbecue, dishes and sorting the containers must be done even if you take the cleaning package).
The MANDATORY linen kit in addition: €45 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, bathroom linen), the beds will be made on your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be indicated to you a week before your arrival, you will find it easily.
